Implement JSON datastore #3

Should be used both as a datastore method on the server and for temporary caching (when server can't be reached for example) on clients.

Folder structure should be something like:

<dataroot>/{bucket id}/{yyyy-mm-dd}.json

This is now done, some issues will be added for improvements.
