Proxy settings won't renew if user disables proxy via notification #2707

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect to an proxy via AdGuard > Settings > Network > Proxy;
  2. Minimize AdGuard or switch to any other app;
  3. Disconnect from a proxy using AG notification in notification area;
  4. Under AdGuard > Settings > Network > Proxy, AG will show as if you're still connected to a proxy.

Expected behavior

UI should update on proxy disconnect

Actual behavior

UI still displays that the user is connected to a proxy

  • Adguard filtering mode: Local VPN + outbound proxy

  • Operating system and version: Android 8.1
  • Root access: No
  • Any other apps that can start VPN / Antiviruses / Cleaners etc. installed?: None
