New theme PRs

So you want a new theme eh? Well it's all inside the source code, not here. You'll want to see the guide in source here for part 1, and the guide in source here for part 2.

Unfortunately, supporting custom themes with all editable UI colors in-app is a bit difficult to do cleanly, which is why modifying a few files is a better choice. Documentation should be sufficient for a simple theme addition, however additional guidance is included for a more complicated upgrade of something theme-related.
