Well, for some odd reason, if I choose Stats for 7 Days then the start date is correct and the graph is properly formatted.

Same issue here. Graphs are 46 days in the future. It only occurs when not using the 7 days stats.
The query log displays correct date and time however.

I noticed this issue right now as well. The graphs show incorrect stats while the query log is correct. It's 16th May, 12:16 pm right now as of writing this comment and if I view the query log, there are approx. 250-300 queries made within these 16 minutes. However, the graph says there are 32545 queries made on May 16th which is even more than May 15th with 17197 queries. There's no way possible that 32545 queries were processed within a span of 16 minutes and the logs show that my intuition isn’t wrong.

My Query logs rotation is set to 30 days and Statistics retention is set to 90 days.
