[Feature Request] Silent automatic updates

Add an option to let Adguard Home update itself without user intervention when a new version is released. It should also send an email to root summarizing the update and any settings change that may have resulted from it. Finally, add an entry in the wiki about how to set up postfix to redirect root email.

Marked as low-priority for now. This can be done only when we're 100% sure the update mechanism is safe and stable.

Good idea, but again, we'll need to thoroughly test the update procedure before providing the silent update feature.

I love when I have everything under control and for this I want so that I can turn off this "silent automatic update" feature or turn it on myself.

Let's do some enhancement

• ☐ Check program updates automatically (enabled by default)
  (or ☐ Check for program updates every 8 hours/days)
  [already adguardhome v0.96 check updates and notify user]
  note: necessary 'Check Update' or above mentioned 'Refresh' button too.
• ☐ Automatically download program updates
  (if checked, program updates will be automatically downloaded. You will still need to choose when to install them)
• ☐ Automatically install program updates
  (or ☐ Automatically install program updates in critical situations)

If user disabled that all then AdGuardHome shouldn't make any request and Third option fulfill # 813 feature request.
