Filters take long time to get enabled & switches might get disabled

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the extension
2. Go to settings - filters
3. Enable 'Privacy', 'Social Widgets' and 'Annoyances' groups
4. Wait till filters of these groups get enabled automatically

Actual behavior:

it takes a lot of time for them to get enabled

Then go to 'Language-specific' group and enable filters one by one --> some switches might disable after being enabled or stop reacting.

Expected Behavior

• Switches should react to clicking and shouldn't get disabled
• Time of filters enabling should be reduced
