Issue Details

Edge android canary allows installation of any extension by id. This allowed me to test some extensions. A lot of it worked without issue. Ex. Ublock Origin, Bitwarden. But for Adguard it doesn't work fully.

After installing adguard from developer options, we can see its entry in extensions. Opening adguard it isn't showing anything. It's supposed to show the section that is shown when extention is clicked on desktop.

Expected Behavior

Show proper extension preview dashboard/widget what ever it's called. See screenshot to for ublock origin (works) and adguard (doesn't work) for expectations.
