In general, it's problematic website which often update anti-adblock script, there is related issue in AdGuard Extra repository -AdguardTeam/AdGuardExtra#403
The same about this issue - #150267 and #150588

to user rules, seems to works fine on my end (at least for now) and should also works on dev.miuiflash.com (in case of dev.miuiflash.com it might be required to wait additional 1-2 seconds when link will be generated, otherwise there will be an error).
