スクリーンショットの1枚目がAdGuardを無効にした時で、2枚目が有効の時である。
問題のサイトは海外からのアクセスを禁止している。理由はInternet archiveに対抗するためである。
AdGuardを無効にすると正常にアクセスできる。
VPNの日本サーバーからアクセスできるかは不明。

パソコンのChromeだと正常にアクセスできた。
そのため、Safari用のコンテンツブロッカールールでも対応する必要があると考える。
$generichide とか？

@@||clarity.ms/tag/$domain=ganohr.net は現在有効なルールではないと考えられる。
また、このとき #161822 (comment) と検知の対象が異なることから、サイトの管理者はフィルタの更新を監視していると考えられる。
