I suppose this problem is there when HTTPS filtering is disabled only.
We might want to remove third-party modifier for a couple of ad domains to fix the issue.

• Current behaviour:

I tried playing with the different filter lists in your apps settings but it keeps popping up each time I reload or switch to the next/previous episode. I think it's actually site wide.
I checked the how-to on adguards support page but it seems like I'd need to master programming to get that done. So if it's too much of a hassle then I wouldn't blame you.
