/adframe.js is a well-known bait i.e. trap to detect ad-blocker which doesn't serve actual ads or tracker, it's not blocked for good reason.
@zloyden I see unblocked ads leading to lp.devilsfilm.com on each video pages:

https://tubedupe.com/js/adframe.js that's not exactly an ad script, it contains a var which they check for loading ads.
