It seems that you added new rules.
I don't see the pop-ups notifications now.
But it causes incorrect blocking when you open any comics on that website.

Not reproduced in Android, Windows and Mac.

I checked again and found that the comic contents aren't shown by Chrome for Android even without AdGuard enabled.
I'll try clearing the cache.
You can close the issue.
BTW, it becomes ok in Safari on iOS (that website has no pop-ups and works correctly with your rules on iOS).

Try updating filters, especially enable AG Base filter.

Also clear your mobile browser's cache.
After clearing cache, I can read comic contents on the website without pop-ups on my Android phone and iPad Pro.
