Steps to reproduce

  1. Install AdGuard on a problematic device (xiaomi, oneplus, etc)
  2. Change the app's language or theme

Expected result

No unnecessary notifications

Actual result

Problematic device detected notification

Additional

Additionally, let's not show this notification if battery optimization is disabled for AdGuard.
