4.0 N39 - Quick Setting Tile Gone

- Firmware: OneUI 5 January

Root access

What filters do you have enabled?

Ommited. Irrelevant to issue.

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

Ommited. Irrelevant to issue.

Issue Details

Quick Settings Tile Toggle is gone. Not sure if this is on purpose or bug but a huge regression as the toggle tile was hugely important. Is gone completely. Please add it back.

Expected Behavior

Toggle for adguard should be in quick settings to turn on and off.
