Filtering log does not save your position and tap on any app does not open app's management screen

Environment

- OS: 10
- Device: Huawei
- Firmware: VOG-L29

Root access

Issue Details

Filtering log has two issues:

1. Adguard does not save your position if you open an entry, going back puts you back at beginning of the list.
2. Touching on app name or icon in entry details does not open app's management screen. It was working fine in 4.xx nightly versions before recent UI change.

Also if:
Write something in the search field -> go to any rule -> go back to the filtering log
the search field will become empty, the entered value will not be saved
This also needs to be fixed
