The update channel is not changed until the application is restarted

Environment

Android 13, SCG09

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the Update button on the Home tab, the update to the latest nightly is available
2. Go to Settings -> General -> App and filter updates -> App update channel
3. Switch the channel to Beta
4. Return to the Home tab and check for the updates one more time

Expected behaviour

The update to AdGuard for Android 4.0 beta 2 is available

Actual behaviour

The update to AdGuard for Android latest nightly is still available
