Infinite loader after tap on a snack from the Website allowlist/blocklist

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Settings tab -> Filtering -> Network -> HTTPS filtering -> turn off HTTPS filtering -> go to HTTPS filtered websites -> website allowlist/blocklist -> tap on snack about "enable HTTPS filtering" -> from HTTPS filtering tab go back -> Infinite loader is displayed
