Issue Details

If you log in with a paid license, then turn off Browsing security and check for updates -> the list will show that Browsing security is turned off.

When Browsing security is disabled because there is no license, checking for updates shows an "Updated" status on the updates screen, although it would be logical to show a message that Browsing security is disabled (like when it is just disabled)

Expected Behavior

Disabled Browsing security when checking for updates always appears as disabled in the paid and free account

Actual Behavior

Disabled Browsing security when checking for updates with a free account appears as "Updated"
