The cursor position in the search field resets after collapsing the top of the screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch AdGuard
2. Open the Protection tab -> Ad blocking -> Language-specific ad blocking screen
3. Click the search field and enter "a", keep the keyboard displayed
4. Scroll down until the top is collapsed
5. Enter "r" on the keyboard
6. Scroll up to return to the non-collapsed screen state

Expected behaviour

At step 5, the letter "r" should appear next to the letter "a" in the search field. In both views, the text in the search field should be "ar"

Actual behaviour

At step 5, the search filed in the collapsed view displays only "a". After step 6, the search field in the full view shows "ra" due to the resetting of the cursor position after collapsing.
