Filters can be found in the search only using English

- Device: Xiaomi POCO F1

Root access

What filters do you have enabled?

No response

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

No response

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings - General - App Language
2. Switch it to Russian
3. Go back to the Settings - Filtering - Filters
4. Type in the search any name of the filter in Russian like базовый or русский
5. You are here - the search will show nothing.

Expected Behavior

The filter should be found not only by typing its name in English.

Actual Behavior

The search is empty unless you write the name of the filters in English.
