Wi-Fi calling issue on Xiaomi: add com.qualcomm.qti.cne to routing exclusions

What filters do you have enabled?

No response

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

No response

Issue Details

The system application is filtered by default by CneApp (com.qualcomm.qti.cne):

Expected Behavior

VoWiFi functionality is not affected.

Actual Behavior

VoWiFi does not work or works in rare cases.

Additional Information

If you disable filtering for the CneApp system application (com.qualcomm.qti.cne) and restart the phone - VoWiFi functionality is restored.

In this regard, I propose to remove CneApp (com.qualcomm.qti.cne) from default filtering.
