AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#167546. Leaving only the protection without any modules, background images are blocked, so there is no way to set them.

Thank you for reporting!
Reproduces on our side as well.

How to reproduce

  1. Install Opera (com.opera.browser)
  2. Install and launch AdGuard
  3. Enable HTTPS filtering
  4. Enable protection switch
  5. Disable all protection modules, including Userscripts (keep https filtering enabled)
  6. Launch Opera -> Tap the settings icon on the start page -> Wallpaper
  7. Tap on the one of the pictures in the list

Expected result: picture has successfully loaded
Actual result: Error Failed to load the image has displayed

Additional info

Disabling the HTTPS filtering option for Opera application in the App management tab allows pictures to load properly
