Scroll area issue on the Browsing security screen

AdGuard for Android 4.3.1

Environment

Android 13, SGC09

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Protection tab -> Browsing security screen
2. Scroll down

Expected behaviour

The entire screen scrolls, including the title of the screen.
There is some empty space below the "Learn more" link.

Actual behaviour

The part of the screen is a scrolling area. The subtitle is scrolled, but the title remains on the screen.

Additional info

To reproduce this issue, use a device with a small enough display size
