Probably cause of this problem is GC error, as discussed in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4367664/application-crashes-with-internal-error-in-the-net-runtime , so the solution is disabling concurrent garbage collection. Since the problem is very rare it's hard to clearly understand whether this solution solves the whole problem at all.
