Search for existing users should be more tolerant within first name

When we want to assign a new registration to existing members we search for similar first name and last name. Sometimes users have more than one first name but the first names at registration differs from the first names already stored in database.

Therefore the check for first name should be more tolerant. We should match the first of several first names and than show a user that we found.
