The Calendar Plugin CSS isn't loaded automatically as it should be. (found in V 3.3.3 - not sure if the problem occoured in older versions)
To bring the calendar plugin to work fine you have to add the css manually to the my_header.php

load the theme html content at the beginning of HtmlPage so that the theme files could also add js and css files
