Description

Update generative AI guidelines to reflect current guidance, including:

Add-ons should not generate illegal content
Added disclaimer details
Add-on developers may be asked to self-certify that they have read and will follow the submission guidelines and stay up-to-date w/ those guidelines
Refined wording slightly to improve readability
