This made me realize we don't really have a good landing page or overall index for the API reference section. I know Gitbook generates a sidebar index, but I wonder if we should have a Markdown landing page too for people working directly with the docs repo?
There are several links in the repo's root README that link to the "API reference" but they just go to the "How to read" annotations guide page, which is a dead end...

Or maybe we should just link to https://github.com/AdobeXD/plugin-docs/blob/master/SUMMARY.md#technical-reference as the ToC for the API references?

@dkstevekwak I guess we should try to point these at the adobexdplatform.com site eventually once it's live, but since many of these links are broken or out of date right now I figured we should fix them by pointing to the current GH locations first?
