            On linux, still is seen cargo..updating dunce. Fix is unknown to me. Pathced it out in fedora rpm build

I tested this yesterday on an Ubuntu 16.04 with cargo 1.30. Here, only the crates.io index was
fetched, not dunce itself.
Without the dunce dependency, the index will not be downloaded.

Thanx for check. Only.. ubuntu reported same issue. I will keep this opened for now. It seems to me
like bug -and actually known bug - in crgo. That i keeps loking also for unneccesary dependencies.
