Sodium (Forge) 0.2.0 for Minecraft 1.16.5

This build should bring Sodium (Forge) to virtually full parity with Sodium (Fabric)'s latest 1.16.5 commits (as of 3 July 2021).

Initial Preview

I would like to thank Pannoniae for the initial port of Sodium to Forge. This is a fork of Pannoniae's repository.

This is a fully up-to-date port (as of 28 April 2021) of sodium-fabric's 1.16.x/next branch. The current development branch of Sodium has its share of bugs (primarily relating to viewing translucent blocks through other translucent blocks), but this build should be fairly stable. I'm not aware of any non-obvious mod incompatibilities with this build (obviously don't try using this with Optifine).

Report any issues you find, but understand that the only fixes I'll implement for bugs that also exist in the Fabric version will be the official fixes decided on by JellySquid for the Fabric version. I'm not interested in branching off from the Fabric version in any significant capacity, functionality-wise.

This build should be considered experimental. Like any mod, this is provided without any warranty whatsoever. I am not responsible for any damage to your worlds, your computer, etc.

That said, I hope someone will be glad this port exists.

This should be used with Forge 36.1.0+
