The general idea is to make a default out-of-the-box keybind layout, which can easily be modified to personal use. A warning must always be present when changing keybindings, including a list of keybind changes. Keybind profiles is also a consideration here.

  1. Default keybind profile out-of-the-box
  2. Multiple keybind profiles to pick between
  3. User-modified keybind layout.

This issue must be integrated with the Qubes installer.
