May i know if 556 is the correct US prefix?

Notice that if the prefix is Not a valid US city codes, it will return null

566362xx05 - > Valid US Number but returns "null"
If I give Indian Number - > phone("9790758580") -> +19790758580 ( I understood this - Default US Code).

May I know which state is the 566 prefix is?

http://countrycode.org/usa

As I can't find the correct city or state for this prefix.
