A GUI for adb connect.

Saves the previous entered IP and Port.
Reads the previous IP Port from saved file.
Updates the existing IP Port if changed.
uses adb connect command to connect to phone.
Then adb shell to open the shell.
Then adb kill-server to kill the adb server.

It's far from perfect but it's usable.

Compiled to exe using py2exe:
