The Data Federation WG is soliciting challenges and use cases to better understand the needs of the AgBioData community. Please use the Discussions section of this GitHub repository to provide information. We will use the information posted here to complement the AgBioData survey results as part of a manuscript intended for publication.
How to use this site:
- If you see an Existing Discussion that interests you please add your thoughts and ideas! You can do this by commenting on a previous post or adding a new comment to the existing discussion
- If you have a new topic and/or challenge that you would like to discuss please post to the General category
- If you have a use case that you feel should be addressed by the community please post to the Ideas category
- If you have a new question about data federation for which you are seeking an answer please post to the Q&A category
- If you want to share new information about an approach to data federation that has worked well for you please post to the Show and Tell category
- You can add a label to your post to provide additional context
You can mention/address another user by using the @ sign followed by their username in your post.
