Inversion of the vertical distribution of photosynthetic pigments from satellite data using machine learning

This repository contains several csv file containing the training and test data, several .m file containing useful Matlab function and one .mx Matlab LiveScript file which contains the code for our method and several tests.

The repository should be downloaded, unzipped and the file SOM_PCA.mlx should then be executed with Matlab. Each section of the LiveScript can be executed using Ctrl+Enter.
