Outfit swapping not working, latest game patch

As the title says, I tried swapping the Shield Weaver outfit with Carja Blazon Heavy, and when I equip Shield Weaver in game, nothing happens. But when I equip Carja Blazon Heavy, game goes into an infinite loading, and I need to End Task from Task Manager to essential kill the game process.
Running latest patch 1.11.2 (IIRC)

I had the same issue and ended up finding a solution, go into the config.json file in the Alloy's Adjustment folder, then add the names of the mods to the "KnownGameFiles" entry; after that, the game should work for you.

tried your fix, frst2522, but no luck. By adding the mods you mean any outlying Patch files, correct?

Sorry I've been away for a while.
After a new patch make sure to 'Clear Cache' from the 'Settings' tab. Restart the app for good measure. And reinstall the pack
If that doesn't work you'll have to use 'Delete Pack' (also in 'Settings') and reapply the changes.

Hey AkiniKites! No problem, and thank you very much for responding! Unfortunately I believe Ive tried everything youve said and im still running into the same "freeze at loading bar" issue whether its a save or new game start. Now just to be clear by restart the app you mean close it out and open the executable again, right? Also since we are focusing on clearing cache, when I clear and restart the app, there is always a 350KB cache there to clear...when clearing and restarting the app should I be seeing a 0KB cache before loading any packs? Thanks again for any help, and if this would be any easier to trouble shoot over DMs or a discord screen share or something and oc youd have the time for something like that, id be happy to help make troubleshooting as streamlined as possible.

The cache gets rebuilt when the program starts so it will show 350k after loading.
Which outfits are you trying to swap. I just redownloaded the game and tried some and they seem to work.
Although that's using a fresh install. So maybe try deleting the old Patch_AloysAdjustments.bin in Packed_DX12
Also I just put out a fix for an issue loading the mod program.

Same was hapening here. Infinity loading when chosing moded outfit. I saw the tool has other modifications as inventory limit. So I removed other mods from nexus and all alone it worked. Guess there are some conflicts/incompatibility with other mods. Maybe i'll test the combinations for the ones I use.

It works with the latest version of the game.
I've found the conflict with other mod Patch_thunderlasso.bin in case anyone have issue that's the one conflicting with this mod.
Try remove other mods and try again.

I can sadly only confirm that this one refuses to load game. I've tried changing the only one outfit... i tried to change all of them but as soon as i change... game refuse to load if i midify all outfits to look like the one i want the loading get stuck at the begining and if i change only one it get stuck somewhere at 80%... It used to work before the latest patch... I have this mod(https://www.nexusmods.com/horizonzerodawn/mods/63)... and it worked fine... even the author is advising to download Aloys Adjustments... but now it doesn't work anymore...

there's incompatibility with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/horizonzerodawn/mods/43
just disable/remove that mod and enable skip intro in AloysAdjustments should fix it.

I can confirm that this does work with the latest patch, but it has several incompatibilities with other mods. In additional to the ones in this thread, it also does not work with EnhancedFocus.

Is also incompatible with Better Quality Drops v1.2. But works fine with the v1.1 of the same mod.
