To install mod_editor_github_markdown you will need to install Redcarpet first:
sudo gem install redcarpet
Once that is installed you will be able to install this with:
cd ~/zotonic/priv/modules
git clone git://github.com/AlainODea/mod_editor_github_markdown.git
cd ~/zotonic
make --silent
