Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the component offers primary and secondary hyperlink buttons that look alike to our auro-button component. However, the tertiary variant is not available in hyperlink.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a tertiary variant to the CTA hyperlink to match our auro-button component (default AND slim sizes).

@leeejune could you please add a link to a relevant design doc for what you'd like the tertiary option to look like? Even if it's a link to the existing button docs, that'd be fine.
