Should support reading meta-data from a NuSpec model, being integrated by referring to a TaskType that is e.g. nugets_pack.

publish
- check no outstanding commit, clean work branch
- tag release
- push tag
- push nuget to NuGet.org or to other server
install
- build and place in nuget-cache folder?
