All scripts for calculations, analyses, and figures for manuscript "High Inter- and Intra-lake Variation in Sediment Phosphorus Pools in Shallow Lakes"
Cores_2018_Calc_Cleaning.R - outlines our methods for calculating sediment physical characteristics and various phosphorus (P) concentrations. This script shows you how to produce the datafile Cores_ALLDATA_2018.csv, which is used for subsequent analyses. The cleaning script can be used with the following example datasets:
- Cores_Physical_EXAMPLE.csv (meta-data: Cores_Physical_EX_README)
- Cores_SedP_EXAMPLE.csv (meta-data: Cores_SedP_Ex_README)
- Cores_TP_EXAMPLE.csv (meta-data: Cores_TP_EX_README)
Cores_2018_Analysis_Figures_RESUBMIT.R - details all of our analyses and figures (included as png files as well). Updated for new analyses in manuscript resubmission. Original analyses in (Cores_2018_Analysis_Figures.R) Can be used with the following datasets:
