• It Works! It creates a table of contents with buttons that open files in new tab in the current jupyter workspace without refreshing the browser
• There is still a bit to do
  • doesn't account for numbed table of contents
  • haven't tested on single page jupyter books
  • need to set button color to a jupyter variable color
  • arg passed to api is named incorrectly (should be browser_dir)
