2nd Release - v2.3.0

• Reorganized the repo and added the source.
• Updated manifest and locales.

NOTE: From now on, all my Chrome Apps/Extensions will be published as a .zip with the actual .crx file inside, so that when downloading, Thorium/Chromium/Chrome doesn't complain about trying to install something not from the Web Store.
