• My controller doesn't appear in the list?

Make sure you have the proper drivers installed and that Windows recognizes your controller. You can check by going to Control Panel and looking for the Game Controllers window.

• I see two controllers, but I only have attached one.

Some controllers, like the PS3 controller, can connect in several ways to your PC (USB, Bluetooth). Every connection gets treated like a different controller, so this scenario is very possible. A way to transfer presets between controllers will be provided in a future version.

• Your mod crashes KSP/ bugs feature X/ lacks feature Y
