This PR adds a gamemode module that keeps track of when gamemode is being used. For the people who don't know that gamemode is, here's a link.

Features:

  • Watch changes
  • Request a new count after waking up from suspend
  • Either display a freedesktop compliant icon or a text based glyph
  • Alt formatting
  • Display game count
  • Man page
