Hi @Alexays this PR

Fixes the Clock module no longer scrolls through timezones and doesn't handle empty string as default timezone #2204 . When user specify "" either timezone or timezones option clock module now uses local timezone.
I refreshed waybar-clock man page and synced it with Wiki
