You should probably remove the manifest entirely. You can check it into a subfolder for the examples if you want to ensure that someone can get a working manifest for reproducing the examples, but the main package shouldn't have a manifest |

Interact is a hefty dependency that will be rarely used - only when visualizing rewriting trajectories within a Jupyter notebook. Because of this, the dependency should be optional via Requires.jl.
