ABTC miner for HECO

After communicating with our community, especially the Chinese community, we decided to move the ABTC project to HECO. It has lower fee and less confirmation time. It is a better place to do Algorithmic Bitcoin Mining.

The new ABTC contract address on HECO is: 0xFa37A50DA41B4B50E58186ddeA3B6BB19b39A024

Here are changes for this release:

• Start POW height from 61550 (since it is already mined 61550 ABTC on Ethereum)
• Change block time from 10 minutes to 1 minute
• Change block reward from 50 (50% to miner, 50% to LP) to 1 (50% to miner, 50% to LP)
• New feature mining fee, DAO can set this. It is used for buying ABTC in the ABTC-WBTC pair.

Features:
In order to complete the token distribution more fairly, we redesigned the mining difficulty adjustment algorithm:

1. Adjust the base difficulty for every six blocks, each time by no more than twice (by twice or by half);
2. The base difficulty is reduced by half for every hour without a block;
3. The difficulty of mining will be different for each address. Record the number of digs for each address, difficulty for each address = base difficulty * (times of digs /4+1).
4. The new mining contract will start at 09:30:00 2021-01-28 GMT and the current mining process will end at 09:00:00 2021-01-28 GMT.
