A GUI companion tool for non-SQL versions of Tethealla (https://pioneer2.net) Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst servers that allows you to read and edit the account.dat file!
To build, open the .sln file in Visual Studio.
File -> Open, then select your server's account.dat file. If you'd like to add accounts through the file menu, put it in the same directory as account_add.exe. This is located in the login server directory by default.
