• Use real files (small ones, early alphabetically) • Remove the leading `$`s (I have a strong preference for build documentation examples which can be triple-clicked and dragged.)

I was able to get somewhat further in building for Linux and Mac, which revealed two more spurious
llvms in my tweaks to example commands. I also tweaked the Clang Plugin examples so that they can be used as-is.
