Automate running notebooks

We have to maintain the tutorial notebooks. This can either be done manually or automatically.

It should be fairly straightforward to automate. Add script that runs through all notebooks and catches any errors. It should update the ipynb with the updated output.

This can be run per-release.

Of course, this won't catch any text which needs to be updated. Can this be automated too?
